Pink Champagne Chocolate Fondue



My Sweet Lil' Recipe

450g 70% Dark Chocolate (I used Lindt Madagascar)
1 tsp coconut oil (natural as possible)
2 tbsp pink champagne
1 1/2 tbsp brandy

1.  Break chocolate into small pieces & melt on medium/low in double boiler (I've also melted chocolate on the second lowest setting in a pot placed directly on the burner).  Mix, mix mix!

2.  When chocolate pieces are all melted, add remaining ingredients & mix well.

3.  Serve with fresh, juicy strawberries!

milk chocolate + Chilean pink champagne - yummy!
70% dark chocolate + Niagara merlot/cabernet sauvignon - of course!
milk chocolate + Niagara merlot/cabernet sauvignon - not bad!
70% dark chocolate + Niagara gerwurztraminer/reisling - no no!
white chocolate + Niagara gerwurztraminer/reisling - oh ya!
white chocolate + Portuguese port - my bad!!!!
